HYRO Exchange Ghana Ltd is not currently providing any virtual asset service, exchange service, brokerage, custody, payment service or financial service to the public. We are not accepting deposits, funds, virtual assets, or client money, and we hold no assets for any member of the public.
Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a service, and no service is available to you by any route today.
Sandbox participation is not a license
HYRO participates in the regulatory sandbox in Ghana, and intends to be licensed under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025 (Act 1154) before offering services to the public.
We want to be exact about what that does and does not mean.
- Participation in a sandbox is not a license, and it is not equivalent to one.
- It does not authorize us to offer services to the public, and we do not offer any.
- It is not a guarantee that a license will be granted, that it will be granted on any particular terms, or that it will be granted within any period.
- It is not an approval, endorsement, recommendation or certification of HYRO, of this website, of our marketing, of our technology, or of any statement we make.
- No regulator, central bank, securities commission or government body has reviewed or approved the content of this website, and none of them is responsible for it.
Any reference on this website to regulation, supervision, a sandbox, a framework or a banking relationship should be read subject to this section. Where a page uses shorter language for readability, this page states the position that governs.
